Natural Ways to Cleanse & Detox



I am all about doing things the natural way whenever possible. A lot of those juice fasts that you can purchase make you feel weak and sluggish (that can't be good, right?) because it's taxing on your organs and slows your metabolism. Below I compiled a list of natural ways I have used over the years to detox & cleanse.  Comment below in the comment box any ways you use to cleanse naturally that I may not have listed! :)



Detoxing: boosts, energy, rids the body of excess waste, helps with weight loss, stronger immune system, improved skin, better breath, clearer thinking, healthier hair, lighter feeling, anti-ageing, improved sense of well-being, promotes healthy changes.




Foods to Eat
*Apples
*Avocado
*Beets
*Carrots
*Garlic
*Grapefruit
*Green Leafy *Vegetables
*Lemon/Lime
*Ginger
*aloe Vera
*flax
*wheat grass
*fermented *foods
*alfalfa sprouts
*fennel seeds
*psyllium
*Chlorophyll-rich greens

Things to do
*dry brush
*Epsom salt bath baking soda
*Raw vegetable & fruit juice (use a juicer)
*Drink 8 glasses of water/day (add lemon)
*Drink 2 tsp of honey (raw,organic) in warm water 1st thing in the AM
*Exercise (SWEAT)
*Meditate/Yoga
*Remove caffeine, alcohol, refined sugar & cigarettes
*buy organic when possible (refer to the dirty 30/clean 15)
*Avoid dairy (replace w/ almond or coconut milk)
*Sauna
*Take Fish Oil
*Drink a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water daily
*Oil-Pull once a day for 20mins
*Use Bentonite Clay
*add air purifying plants to your home and/or salt lamps to purify the air
*Use all natural products
*Do a 3 day plant-based cleanse
