Some of you may be wondering: "What exactly is the deal with this 21 Day Challenge Group you keep posting about on Facebook?".
So I have decided to dedicate this post to answer some frequently asked questions and give you a breakdown of what it is all about & how it can help YOU achieve your health & fitness goals! :)
First things first.
What is the Challenge Group?
A Challenge Group is a Private Facebook Group comprised of women who all have the same goal in mind; to get healthy & fit. There is a Coach (in this case ME!) who runs the group posting daily motivation, inspiration and tools & resources to keep you on track with your goals. We all participate and support one another & have fun doing it! Most importantly this Group is to keep you accountable. Sure we can all say we're going to workout or eat healthy, but there are some of us who need that extra push, motivation & accountability to keep focused & on track. Everyone needs help sometimes, there is no shame in that.
What are the requirements to join the above mentioned Challenge Group?
In order to be invited to the Private Challenge Group you need to order what is called a Challenge Pack. There are many programs to choose from ranging in all fitness levels & needs.
What is included in a Challenge Pack?
*A workout program of your choice
*30 Day Supply of Shakeology (however, there are a few that come with performance supplements in place of the Shakeology)
*A customizable meal plan to follow
*There are a few Challange Packs that also come with color-coded meal prepping containers for portion control support.
*Some also come with bonus items (ie. Shaker Cup)
*With the purchase of any Challenge Pack you also receive a FREE 30-day VIP Membership to Beachbody.com and Beachbody On Demand where you can stream your program workouts (and some from other programs as well) from anywhere!
*Enter your story along with your Before & After Photos and you can also win Cash Prizes!

What is Shakeology?
After all the raving I do about how much I LOVE my Shakeology I am always asked, "what is it?" I have a page specifically dedicated to Shakeology (because it is that great!). Check it out HERE. You choose the flavour of Shakeology that comes with your Challenge Pack & each bag lasts approximately 1 month. Shakeology is the key ingredient to making sure you're fueling your body to achieve the best results & helps keep those cravings away because, unlike any other shake I have tried, this one is DELICIOUS (& you can also make some pretty tastey treats with it too)!
AND...
What about these color-coded containers? What are they all about & how do you use them? **(Not all Challenge Packs come with these containers)
These containers take the guesswork out of meal planning to assure you get the right amount of each food to fuel YOUR body right. If you have trouble with portion control these containers are a MUST!
There are 6 different colours that represent 6 different types of food.
Green=Vegetables
Purple=Fruit
Red=Protein
Yellow=More caloric carbs as well as starches
Blue= Healthy Fats
Orange= Seeds & Dressings
*There is also a tsp for oils & butters
You don't need to count calories, but you do need to figure out approximately how many calories YOUR body needs in the run of the day (instructions to find this number are included with the program). Once you have this number calculated it will then tell you how many of each containers you need. You do not need to use these containers to eat out of. They are for meal planning(although you can if you want to!)
There are MANY 21 Day Fix recipes out there as you may have already seen on such websites as Pinterest. Which tell you how many of each containers has been used in the recipe.
Lastly I just want to add that if you choose to have me as your Coach I will do whatever it takes to help you reach your goal to my best ability.
